OUT OF POCKET
A 53 Minute session is typically $150, but I have a sliding scale from $100-$175 depending on people's financial circumstances
A 83 minute session is typically $225, but can range from $175-$250
INSURANCE
I do work on a case-by-case basis with individuals with the Oregon Health Plan (OHP)/ Care Oregon
I do not panel with any other insurance carriers, however I'm happy to provide a superbill to submit to your insurer for reimbursement. If you'd like to use this option, please check with your insurance carrier to see if your plan includes reimbursement for services rendered by out-of-network providers.
