DO YOU OFFER A FREE CONSULTATION?
Yes! I offer a free 15 minute phone consult to discuss scheduling, fees, and begin getting a feel for if we're good fit.
DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH AND IN-PERSON SESSIONS?
All sessions are currently conducted virtually in accordance with Oregon Health Authority guidelines. In-person sessions will resume as the guidance changes. Telehealth will remain an option for those who prefer it.
WHAT ARE YOUR CREDENTIALS, TRAINING, AND ACADEMIC BACKGROUND?
I am a Licensed Profession Counselor (License # C6621). I received my masters degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark College, where I focused on social equity, couples therapy, and sex therapy. I have a bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Rights from the University of California Berkeley.
I've completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), with additional training in Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) for couples, IFS-specific treatment of complex trauma, and experience in Somatic IFS.
I have additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EDMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and boundary work.
